Producer
Sohrab Khodamorad Bozorgchami
Sohrab was born in Mumbai in 1987 into a Zoroastrian family. His values were shaped by his father’s distinguished aviation career, which spanned Khambatta Airlines (one of India’s oldest aviation names), British Airways and, later, helping to establish Kingfisher Airlines alongside Vijay Mallya. Growing up in that high-standard environment instilled in him deep-rooted values of service, kindness, professional hard work and a spirit of adventure.
Sohrab has nearly two decades of hands-on production experience in the Indian film and advertising industry. He began his journey as an assistant director and, from 2009 to 2017, worked alongside, assisted and line-produced for some of the country’s top commercial directors, including Sanjay Shetty, Nitesh Tiwari, Punit Malhotra, Suresh Triveni and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari. He has since moved into long-format feature filmmaking, serving as part of the production leadership on major projects including Maidaan (directed by Amit Sharma).
